Phil was born in Orange County, California on a rainy day on September 28th, 1960 in the home of the Giourousis family and was barely born alive due to the imbilical cord around his neck. The mid-wife was amazed that little Phil survived the ordeal.

At the age of 25, on his way to Tampa Bay, Florida... he passed though Arkansas and realized he had been there in a previous life and had walked this land before. And soon after he moved there and bought a farm and raised horses and cows. His favorite horse was an apaloosa gilding named Apache.

After several relationships and several jobs later, he opened up the
Athenian Grill with the help of his master chef father. His father passed away in 1991 at the age of 58 in Freemont, California in his brother's resterant called The County Way from a lung tumor hemorage due to over 40 years of smoking.

Just recently sold the grill that he had been running with his mother for several years. So now he is pursuing his love for training horses at his farm in Beebe, Arkansas.  Matt Spease met him while he playing with his band (which he sings and plays drums with) and was offered the role of Christopher Barres in the film Silent Vengeance, and after lengthy negotiations he accepted the part.  Soon after Matt also offered him the role of The Demon in Evil On Queen Street, due to his physical stature.
